Our Mission
Charlie's Choice is dedicated to serving humanity's most basic needs by providing funding to credible non-profit organizations working to alleviate global hunger, build safe shelters, and end the clean water crisis. Our mission is driven by the core belief that every person deserves to have food in their belly, a roof over their head, and clean water in their cup.
2025 Giving
In 2025, Charlie’s Choice raised nearly $19k and supported two remarkable non‑profit partners:
Drop in the Bucket and World Housing.
Over the five years since officially launching Charlie’s Choice, our community has contributed more than $125k, directly improving the daily lives of people in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities. We see every donation that comes in, and no matter how big or small, one-time or ongoing, your generosity touches our hearts, and creates real, lasting change.
Drop in the Bucket (DROP) is a California-based charity focused on bringing sustainable, long-term solutions to the Sub-Saharan water and sanitation crisis. As part of building sustainable clean water solutions, DROP is working to create a more equitable world by enabling children, particularly girls, to go to school instead of spending hours collecting water. n 2024, we were able to sponsor an end-to-end well build! The well is in a village named Akee-Kololo in northern Uganda. It's amazing to think that combining even the small donations of many has enabled us to collectively change the day-to-day lives of entire communities.
World Housing believes that homes are the key turning point where the momentum of community begins to have effects that radiate beyond individuals and into entire families, villages, cities, and countries. World Housing provides housing to the world's most vulnerable people - they believe children who grow up in safe, stable homes have greater freedom to pursue education, and raise the standard of living for themselves, their families, and future generations to come. source: https://worldhousing.org/

Over 1 billion people live without adequate shelter.
14% of the world’s population, or 1 in 8 people live without hope amongst trash, sewage, drugs, and abuse in unimaginable conditions. Life without secure housing is a life without basic needs being met.

Impact
World Housing believes that a home is a human right and that everyone deserves a home. As of May'26, World Housing has funded ~1k homes, and housed 5k people across 9 countries.

Financial Update
To date, Charlie's Choice has raised over $125k and contributed to several excellent non-profit organizations that support our mission. Of the $125k raised, $56k has come from public donations and Charlie's Choice has given $66k to reputable charities that use 100% of their funding to impact human lives - no donations are lost in admin fees.
What is the difference between the $125k raised and the $66k given to charities? A portion of the Prince family match and all of the Prince family private funding is held aside as principal, earning interest over time and enabling Charlie's Choice to make ongoing impact. Every dollar YOU donate goes directly toward providing food, water, and shelter to those who need it most.
